The context
In food retail, the volume of supplier fiscal documents is relentless. Done by hand, fiscal and commercial validation of each document eats up staff time, delays delivery at the dock, and opens the door to fiscal errors and lost margin.
The solution
Lopes deployed Pool de Notas, Soulcom's fiscal receiving module. Today, the document is captured straight from SEFAZ, automatically validated against dozens of rules, routed to triage by approval level when there's a divergence, and posted in SAP — goods receipt and invoice verification — with no manual intervention when everything checks out.
