Pool de Notas: fiscal receiving that runs itself.
Pool de Notas is Soulcom's flagship and the ecosystem's living proof. It automates fiscal receiving end to end: it captures the XML straight from SEFAZ, validates every document against dozens of fiscal, commercial and financial rules, routes divergences to triage by approval level and, once approved, automatically posts the entry in SAP — goods receipt and invoice verification.
It is in production at Lopes Supermercados, processing tens of thousands of fiscal documents.
